Staging Levels

Staging Consultation

A staging consultation is an in-depth review of the property specifically for the subject property. This consultation is done by a certified stager and includes suggestions as to what to de-clutter, what furniture to re-arrange or remove for maximum impact, and many other professional room-by-room tips. It’s cost effective because the client has the option to implement as many suggestions wanted or able to afford. Client receives a blank binder on which notes of tips offered are jotted down.

Redesign Staging

A redesign staging is the process by which the stager intertwines existing furniture and accessories to blend in a very cohesive manner those items provided by Dressed To Sell. This option is usually recommended for clients who have an extensive collection of desirable pieces of furniture which would add value to the rooms in which they are to be staged.

Staging Key Rooms Only

The staging of key rooms is also a cost effective way of improving the subject property’s image by bringing in furniture, pictures, and accessories for rooms such as living room, family room, and kitchen.

Staging All Rooms

Some clients prefer to have the whole house staged, and Dressed To Sell gladly complies with their wishes. A full house staging demands more planning and, naturally, is more expensive. This option requires furniture to be set up in each room according to function of room.
